Dimitri attained his Honours degree in Psychology at the University of Toronto in 2017, and he is currently in the final stages of the Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology program at the University of Ottawa.
Dimitri has extensive experience working with individuals across the age range of diverse backgrounds, identities, and life perspectives in a variety of different settings. This includes military, as well as youth mental health service environments
Dimitri utilizes a non-judgmental, person-centered approach to therapy. He is focused on cultivating a therapeutic relationship characterized by warmth, compassion, and trust. Dimitri flexibly draws from a range of well validated and effective therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness, to effectively support you in overcoming your individual challenges.
Dimitri is registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario as a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)and is a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.
Dimitri works as a therapist under the supervision of Dr. Andrew Moss for all services he provides through Moss Psychology.
